Do particular aromas and flavors mean a wine is good, bad, or in between?
It all depends on your particular preference. But no matter what kind of wines you like, you can –and will– expand your horizons with the French Wine Guy’s guided tastings.
Learning to taste wine doesn’t have to be overwhelming, or overly technical! You’ve probably heard people talk about wines having notes of dark cherry or plum, but what about truffle and tobacco, wet leaves, or even wet dog?
Let Eric help you learn the surprisingly accessible art and technique of tasting — while having fun.
The cost of classes depends on the format, the number of people and the price of wines tasted.
Three types of tastings will improve your ability to taste and appreciate, discover new flavors and understand the importance of balance
